Who we are

NDAB Painting is a residential and commercial painting business serving the Greater Toronto Area, owned and operated by Nuri Dedeeli as a sole proprietorship. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ndabpainting.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the type of work you need, your project details, and any photos you upload. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can help you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare and follow up on your quote, schedule and complete work, send invoices, and keep basic business and tax records. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who helps us run the website

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores quote-form submissions and uploaded photos on our behalf. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and links to our Google Business Profile. These providers may process information outside Canada, subject to their own privacy policies.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads to advertise our services. Our website includes Google’s tag, which uses cookies and similar technology to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later requested a quote or called us. Google may also use this information to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage or turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
